1. British standards

SAE reverse taperопрема

 

It is a misconception that all foreign threads are metric. This is not usually the case. There are two common thread forms - metric thread and Wyeth standard thread (BSP). British standard straight pipe (BSP) thread, also known as Wyeth standard thread. It can be either straight thread (BSPP) or conical thread (BSPT) with an inverted cone face.

The flange is similar to SAE61 or 62 flanges (except -10*). Port connections are usually made through BSPP threads. Its seal adopts soft metal seal ring. BSPP(straight) external threads can be fitted with BSPP(straight) internal threads or internal thread ports. BSPP external threads are straight threads with 30°taper seat. BSPP internal thread is also straight thread with 30°taper seat. The inner threaded ports are straight threaded with seal face. The seal at the port is formed by an O-ring or soft metal pad on the outer threadedфитинге.

The BSPP(straight thread) connector is similar to the NPSM connector but not interchangeable. Most sizes of threads have different pitch, with thread profile Angle being 55°and NPSM thread profile Angle being 60°(-10 is non-SAE flange)

English standard taper pipe thread (BSPT)

 

Description: BSPT(cone) external thread can be matched with BSPT(cone) internal thread or BSPP(straight) internal thread. BSPT external thread is taper thread. When fitted with BSPT(taper) internal thread or BSPP(straight) internal thread ports, a seal is formed at the thread. BSPT and NPTFопрема are similar but not interchangeable. Most of its threads have different pitch, with a thread profile Angle of 55°as opposed to 60°for NPSM threads

French GAZ is a common pipeопрема. ово опрема is metric thread with 24°taper seat. Similar to German DIN fittings, but the threads are different in some dimensions. Although both are metric threads, all French fittings use fine thread, while the German DIN fittings are larger and use coarse thread. Most end connections are flange. 3. German Standard

German DIN(German industrial Standard) is commonly used pipeопрема. A metric connection is usually a DIN connection. The flange is standard 61 or 62 flange (except -10).

4.ДИН КСНУМКС°taper ball head thread

Note: DIN60°taper ball head external threadопрема can only be matched with universal 24°или КСНУМКС°taper ball head internal threadопрема. External thread is metric straight thread with 60°taper seat. Internal thread is metric straight thread with universal 24°и КСНУМКС°taper seat. When measuring cone Angle with a cone seat Angle gauge, a 30°cone Angle gauge should be used. (Use the taper seat Angle gauge to measure along the centerline of the опрема.)

 

 

DIN 3852 C metric and Wyeth standard taper thread fittings

Note: DIN 3852 TYPE C couplings can be either metric or Wyeth inch threads. Both inner and outer pipeфиттингs are taper thread. The seal is formed at the thread. DIN 3852 Type C fittings are available in three series: ultra-light series (LL), light series (L) and heavy series (S).
